Fix Sinking Warehouse Floors Without Disruption

Commercial floor leveling & repair Illinois

Uneven concrete in a warehouse can slow down operations, damage equipment, and create serious safety hazards. At Raise-Rite, we lift and stabilize sunken warehouse slabs using high-density polyurethane foam. It’s a clean, efficient process that works around your schedule — with no demolition, no heavy equipment, and no long shutdowns.

Why Do Warehouse Floors Sink?

Warehouse slabs are under constant pressure from foot traffic, forklifts, pallet racks, and heavy equipment. Over time, the soil beneath these slabs can settle, erode, or weaken — especially if there’s poor sub-base compaction or water intrusion. As the support underneath disappears, the concrete above begins to sink, shift, or crack.

In addition to warehouse floors, we also repair factory floors, loading docks and ramps, interior floor slabs, strip malls, and municipal concrete structures. See our full list of commercial concrete leveling services for more.

What Are the Signs You Need Warehouse Floor Leveling?

Sinking slabs can create delays, hazards, and extra costs. Here’s what to watch for:

  • Uneven slab joints that cause forklift or cart damage

  • Visible cracking or settling around racking systems

  • Gaps between the slab and wall or column footings

  • Water pooling in low spots

  • Vibration or movement under load

Our Fix: Quick, Clean Concrete Leveling with Foam

Concrete Raising Near Me

Step 1) Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

Concrete Lifting Near Me

Step 2) Once everything is prepped, and the hose and material are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original position.

Concrete Repair Near Me

Step 3) Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper position, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.

Polyurethane concrete raising uses a foam material that is injected under the slab. When the components of the material are mixed, a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fill any voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. This material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about 2 pounds per cubic foot.
