this company is the BEST for concrete raising. My experience with them started in June 2024. they came out, did an estimate, scheduled the repair. Repair was done approximately June20 and it looked great. Unfortunately, the patio started to sink again 2 days later, probably due to chipmunk tunnels underneath. ( how could they know how much product would be needed due to this?) I contacted Raise-Rite and the came out approximately July 18th and corrected the problem. Their customer service was outstanding. I understood they could not come out earlier due to scheduling conflicts, which they explained to me. There was no additional charge for this. My patio has been even and stable the remainder of the summer and should stay that was for many years. If you need affordable concrete raising with great customer service, don't hesitate to call Raise-Rite Concrete Lifting. Raise Rite treated us right, were well priced, came out quickly, to fix our SERIOUSLY sinking & practically LOPSIDED  cement one-car garage slab. It’s amazing what they can do nowdays with the foam jacking and I’m so happy with the result. Raise Rite didn’t have issue with our relatively small job, or that I’m located on the Northshore, which is some distance from their office operations. They came out on a drizzly day without complaint.   I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
