Pool Deck Leveling & Repair

Sinking Pool Deck? We Lift Concrete Fast — No Tear-Out, No Damage to Your Yard

Free Virtual Estimates

Make Your Pool Area Safe and Beautiful Again

If your pool deck is cracking, tilting, or sinking in spots, you don’t need to rip it out.  At Raise-Rite, we use fast-expanding polyurethane foam to lift and level pool decks with precision. It’s clean, quiet, and done without disturbing your landscaping or pool.

Why Do Pool Decks Sink?

Pool decks are usually poured over loose backfill that surrounds the pool shell. Over time, this soil settles, shifts, or washes away — especially with constant exposure to water. When the ground beneath your deck weakens, the concrete slabs begin to drop, crack, or separate. If left untreated, it can create major trip hazards or drainage issues.

We also fix driveways, garage floors, walkways, steps, patios, porches, interior floors, and slabs. See all residential concrete leveling services here.

What Are the Signs You Need Pool Deck Leveling?

Sunken concrete around your pool can lead to safety issues and serious damage. Here’s what to look for:

  • Uneven slabs creating trip hazards

  • Cracks forming between deck joints

  • Slabs tilting toward the pool or away from coping

  • Water pooling or running in the wrong direction

  • Gaps between deck and pool edge

Our Fix: Quick, Clean Concrete Leveling with Foam

Concrete Raising Near Me

Step 1) Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

Step 2) Once everything is prepped, and the hose and material are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original position.

Step 3) Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper position, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.

Polyurethane concrete raising uses a foam material that is injected under the slab. When the components of the material are mixed, a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fill any voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. This material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about 2 pounds per cubic foot.
