Eliminate Trip Hazards & Uneven Surfaces

Concrete Lifting, Leveling, Mudjacking

At senior centers, safety is everything. Sinking sidewalks, ramps, or interior slabs can pose a serious fall risk to residents, visitors, and staff. At Raise-Rite, we use clean, quiet polyurethane foam injection to lift and level concrete with minimal disruption. No jackhammers. No shutdowns. Just smooth, stable surfaces — ready the same day.

Why Does Concrete Sink Around Senior Facilities?

Concrete around assisted living centers and nursing homes is exposed to years of water runoff, vehicle traffic, and soil movement. Over time, the ground beneath slabs settles or washes away, leaving behind cracks, gaps, and tripping edges. Uneven walkways, patios, and curbs can lead to injuries — and expensive liability issues if left unaddressed.

In addition to senior centers, we level concrete at hospitals, schools, churches, interior floors, and municipal buildings. View all commercial concrete leveling services for more.

What Are the Signs You Need Concrete Leveling at a Senior Center?

If your facility has any of these issues, it’s time to call:

  • Sidewalks with raised or sunken edges

  • Cracks in patios, ramps, or entryways

  • Slabs pulling away from buildings or curbs

  • Walkers or wheelchairs catching on uneven joints

  • Water pooling near high-traffic areas

Our Fix: Quick, Clean Concrete Leveling with Foam

Concrete Raising Near Me

Step 1) Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

Concrete Lifting Near Me

Step 2) Once everything is prepped, and the hose and material are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original position.

Concrete Repair Near Me

Step 3) Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper position, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.

Polyurethane concrete raising uses a foam material that is injected under the slab. When the components of the material are mixed, a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fill any voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. This material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about 2 pounds per cubic foot.
