Fast, effective concrete repair in Illionois

Garage Floor Leveling Illinois

Uneven concrete isn’t just a liability — it slows down business. Whether it’s a warehouse, storefront, school, or loading dock, Raise-Rite helps commercial properties level concrete fast using high-strength polyurethane foam. It’s clean. It’s quiet. And it works — with no tear-out, no delays, and no disruption to your daily operations.

Why Does Commercial Concrete Sink?

In short: the ground shifts — and your concrete follows. Most commercial slabs are poured directly onto soil or fill. Over time, that base layer can settle, erode, or weaken under pressure. Once the support is gone, your slab starts to sink, crack, or separate — creating safety risks and expensive repair needs.

Here are a few common causes:

  • Heavy vehicle and forklift traffic compacting the soil unevenly

  • Poor sub-base preparation during original construction

  • Water intrusion from poor drainage or leaking pipes

  • Freeze-thaw cycles that expand and shift soil

  • Long-term vibration or loading from equipment or structures

  • Voids caused by erosion, underground utilities, or organic decay

Once that slab loses support, the problems follow — trip hazards, joint damage, water pooling, and equipment misalignment. If left untreated, it gets worse, faster.

Our Fix: Quick, Clean Concrete Leveling with Foam

Concrete Raising Near Me

Step 1) Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

Concrete Lifting Near Me

Step 2) Once everything is prepped, and the hose and material are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original position.

Concrete Repair Near Me

Step 3) Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper position, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.

Polyurethane concrete raising uses a foam material that is injected under the slab. When the components of the material are mixed, a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fill any voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. This material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about 2 pounds per cubic foot.
