Fast, effective concrete repair in Illionois

Uneven concrete isn’t just a liability — it slows down business. Whether it’s a warehouse, storefront, school, or loading dock, Raise-Rite helps commercial properties level concrete fast using high-strength polyurethane foam. It’s clean. It’s quiet. And it works — with no tear-out, no delays, and no disruption to your daily operations.
Why Does Commercial Concrete Sink?
In short: the ground shifts — and your concrete follows. Most commercial slabs are poured directly onto soil or fill. Over time, that base layer can settle, erode, or weaken under pressure. Once the support is gone, your slab starts to sink, crack, or separate — creating safety risks and expensive repair needs.
Here are a few common causes:
Heavy vehicle and forklift traffic compacting the soil unevenly
Poor sub-base preparation during original construction
Water intrusion from poor drainage or leaking pipes
Freeze-thaw cycles that expand and shift soil
Long-term vibration or loading from equipment or structures
Voids caused by erosion, underground utilities, or organic decay
Once that slab loses support, the problems follow — trip hazards, joint damage, water pooling, and equipment misalignment. If left untreated, it gets worse, faster.

Our Fix: Quick, Clean Concrete Leveling with Foam

Step 1) Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.
Step 2) Once everything is prepped, and the hose and material are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, thereby lifting the concrete back to its original position.
Step 3) Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper position, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.
Polyurethane concrete raising uses a foam material that is injected under the slab. When the components of the material are mixed, a reaction causes the material to expand. This expanded foam fill any voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. This material will never lose density, is permanent and weighs only about 2 pounds per cubic foot.

Pat MucerinoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jay and Eddie did a wonderful job for us. Now my wife is able to walk down the front step without having an issue. After her knee surgery they listen to all of our concerns. They were on time. They had extremely good communication skills. They had good follow-up on details with the project. We are very pleased and happy that we selected raise rate. We couldn't have been more satisfied. If we could rate them in 10 we would Robert AllarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent Service and job well done...repeat customer too Tom TobinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. this company is the BEST for concrete raising. My experience with them started in June 2024. they came out, did an estimate, scheduled the repair. Repair was done approximately June20 and it looked great. Unfortunately, the patio started to sink again 2 days later, probably due to chipmunk tunnels underneath. ( how could they know how much product would be needed due to this?) I contacted Raise-Rite and the came out approximately July 18th and corrected the problem. Their customer service was outstanding. I understood they could not come out earlier due to scheduling conflicts, which they explained to me. There was no additional charge for this. My patio has been even and stable the remainder of the summer and should stay that was for many years. If you need affordable concrete raising with great customer service, don't hesitate to call Raise-Rite Concrete Lifting. Great group of people to work with all-around! JellyrollTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Raise Rite treated us right, were well priced, came out quickly, to fix our SERIOUSLY sinking & practically LOPSIDED cement one-car garage slab. It’s amazing what they can do nowdays with the foam jacking and I’m so happy with the result. Raise Rite didn’t have issue with our relatively small job, or that I’m located on the Northshore, which is some distance from their office operations. They came out on a drizzly day without complaint. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
